| K-12 Funding Study | |
| The 2012 Washington State Legislature created the Joint Task Force on Education Funding to “develop a proposal for a reliable and dependable funding mechanism to support basic education programs” (HB 2824). In the enacting legislation, the Washington State Institute for Public Policy was directed to provide assistance to the task force as necessary. The task force will submit a report to the legislature by December 31, 2012.
