| Competency to Stand Trial | |
| The 2012 Legislature directed the Institute to examine protocols and time periods related to treatment to restore competency to stand trial. The Institute will be summarizing the research literature related to these topics, and examining relevant data from Western and Eastern State Hospitals. The project will be completed in late 2012.
