| Domestic Violence Perpetrator Treatment | |
| In collaboration with the Washington State Gender and Justice Commission and experts on domestic violence, the Institute will update its review of the literature on the effectiveness of Domestic Violence Perpetrator Treatment on recidivism, report on other treatments and programs, survey other states to study how misdemeanor and felony domestic violence cases are handled and assess whether domestic violence perpetrator treatment is required by law and whether a treatment modality is codified in law. The report will also include information on recidivism rates for domestic violence offenders in Washington. A report is due to the legislature by January 1, 2013.
